Coco & Breezy

The Glamouri sits down with Coco and Breezy for an exclusive interview

Where are you from?
We grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota, but have lived in New York for the last 4 years.

What brought you to New York?
Growing up we always had a dream to move to NYC, and we did it. We quit our jobs, sold our car, and moved to NYC with nothing but faith, passion, and an idea to start an eyewear company.  The fast-paced, inspiring big city is what brought us to New York. There’s no better place to live your all-American dream.

Who are your favorite designers?
Coco: Jean Charles de Castlebajac & Linda Farrow
Breezy: Alexander Wang

Whose style do you admire?
We aren’t just saying this because they are twins…but Mary-Kate and Ashley! We love their fashion sense and how they carry themselves.

Coco and Breezy

Hailing from Minneapolis, the design duo (and identical twin sisters!) moved to New York City several years ago to follow their dream. Their eponymous sunglasses label has since escalated in popularity with celebrities including Kelly Osbourne, Serena Williams and Nicki Minaj sporting the unique designs. They began by making each one-of-a-kind pair of sunglasses by hand. Touch of Fabulous launches Coco & Breezy with the introduction of their Spring/Summer 2013 Omorose Collection. Inspired by the twins’ trademark personal style, the collection features unique, glamorous luxury eyewear that transcends the passing trends.
